AFFIRMATION: I TRUST I AM LOVE

​Often, when we are stressed with problems, in the midst of a "freak out", or feeling helpless with overwhelm and confusion, we tend to default to PANIC mode and immediately take action without clear awareness of what we are actually doing.

This flurry of mental and physical activity tends to produce the opposite effect of what we are actually seeking-- to feel an inner sense of calm and security when making life decisions.

The following is an affirmation I wrote to help bring the self back to the Loving Moment of NOW, and reframe a Gloom-and-Doom mindset (continuous negative thinking) into a lighter, more expansive one. 

I TRUST I AM LOVE

I trust that I AM well taken care of.

My heart is large and can accommodate all my doubts and dissolve each and every one. My inner calm is immensely valuable now. I don’t need to know all the details in the NOW but I can recognize and accept them as part of Divine Mother’s Plan. She is taking care of it all, of ALL her children-- without exception.

With every breath I remind myself of the One who is breathing through me, for me.

I am not here to do this alone for I am not alone, apart, separate from the One. I am conscious of the Love that is manifesting the experiences of the NOW. The limitlessness of it, when I dwell into the Mystery of the Unknown, it takes my breath away.

The mundane world is still a beauty to behold.

With its varying degrees of contrast, levels of desire, and opposing contradictions-- it is not meant to be known as Truth, but as a place to affirm the Truth of reality and our presence within it and as the creators of it. This is a place we have made to experience our return to the One, the return to Unity Consciousness.

This mundane world only appears to be real as there is a an abundance of choice for our egos to have fun and go crazy with. A validation for its apparent existence. But the ego is self-made too! It knows only part of the story, a slice of the pie, a fragment of the Whole Picture.

So today, I will hand over my “keys”, my decision-making authority, over to my Maker, our Mother, the One who has been guiding us All.

I will choose with my heart and ask for Spirit to reveal God’s presence of unconditional love in every moment of NOW. All day throughout the day, please and thank you!

I AM LOVE incarnate.  

​And I WILL, with this power of Truth, that I be set free of this illusion of fear and travel this planet with a knowing of our Source inside my heart and mind.

And so it is!
