❦ ON A MISSION OF LOVE ❦
Crystal sees herself on a shared journey helping creatives find their inner spark so that they can heal themselves, nurture their relationships, and better care for the planet.
She uses the wealth of her life experiences to teach others how to shift their perspective to empower and heal themselves in these challenging times of personal and collective change.
❦ EMBRACING HER HEARTISTY ❦
Did you know that anything done with love + presence is considered a spiritual practice?
Creative expression (in any form) is a vital self care practice that can help you heal psycho-emotional trauma, while safely exploring the definitions, intersections and margins of your unique set of personal and social identities.
As a Creative HeArtist and Self Love Advocate, Crystal uses artistic expression as a sword in the battle for social justice and to affirm herself as a Sovereign Being.
Contact Crystal to learn more about her workshops and online offerings, including the upcoming Creative Leadership Program for New HeArtists.
