❦ Crystal Lahan is a inspirational writer, self awareness teacher, intuitive artist, group facilitator, and practicing optimist currently residing on Unceded Coast Salish Territories (Vancouver, Canada).
❦ ON A MISSION OF LOVE ❦ Crystal sees herself on a shared journey, helping others find peace within themselves so they can heal themselves, their relationships, the and the planet. Crystal has developed a knack for facilitating sensitive and taboo topics, teaching women, youth, and spiritual seekers how to apply the principles of loving kindness, self care, and non-judgement in these challenging times of personal transformation and collective change. ❦ SERVICE HISTORY ❦ Crystal has served the community in a variety of leadership roles within the non-profit, education, mental health, and creative arts sectors. Previous titles include: Social worker, equity researcher, HIV/ sexual health educator, youth counsellor, health systems consultant, sexuality teacher, and mental health promoter. She holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and a Honours Bachelor of Science degree in psychology, sociology, & sexual diversity from the University of Toronto. With over 15 years experience as a teacher of "real life topics", she has become a skilled facilitator, speaker, and consultant offering her expertise on topics of: innovative leadership, gender equality, diversity, equity & inclusion, human sexuality, research and development.
